Reginald's services records are part of the "Burnt Documents" which were damaged by bombing during WW2. The records are intact but have suffered smoke and water damage making some of the writen text very difficult to read. I have enhanced the images where possible and have added in the actual entries in red where I have been able to read them.

The first 3 documents are the Attestation form and medical report which Reginald signed when he joined up for 3 years Short Service. These 3 forms fold up into one large sheet. He was 21 years 6 months old, a Silversmith, single, and had not served in the army previously. He was 5' 3 1/2" tall, 117 llbs, with a 33 1/4" chest, fair complexion, blue eyes and brown hair.
